Finally, researchers in the field of ELF communication are meeting for academic exchange at the 13th International Conference of English as a lingua franca! Due to the global pandemic it had to be postponed several times and is now, eventually, taking place online from Nov 18-20 2022.

Lisa Bierbaumer, Stefanie Riegler, Sandra Radinger, and Vanja Vucovic from our ELF Research Group will be engaged with presentations and Barbara Seidlhofer has been invited to give the closing plenary.

The conference carries the title "Let's go ELF 2022: Expanding the Orientations"and is hosted by the National Cheng Kung University (Tainan, Taiwan). While we would have loved to visit Tainan, we value the advantages of meeting online and would like to invite you to join in online.
